A. LiquidTrex is designed to be easy to learn and can be used immediately. Our customers find that using LiquidTrex is similar to using other Web sites — extremely intuitive and user friendly. If you know how to use the Web, you will know how to use LiquidTrex.
Q. Is there training available if I need it?
A. While training is not required, we offer online training for accountants and system administrators of the LiquidTrex solution. The sessions run less than one hour and cover typical usage. The sessions are held through the Internet, conveniently allowing you to participate right from your office.
Q. What involvement is required from my company's IT department?
A. None. LiquidTrex is accessed through the Internet via a Web browser and requires no modifications or upgrades to your existing environment. All you need is Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5.5 or higher) or Netscape Navigator (version 6.0 or higher), and you are ready to use LiquidTrex. Because there is no hardware, software, or network equipment to purchase, and the application is accessed through a standard Web browser, your IT department will not need to implement or maintain the LiquidTrex solution.

A. With LiquidTrex you can be up and running immediately. It typically takes less than 24 hours to set up and customize your LiquidTrex solution.
Q. What is the job of the LiquidTrex System Administrator?
A. The System Administrator is responsible for setting up your LiquidTrex online "Organization," which means adding users, establishing their roles, configuring company data (departments etc.), and data export. This task is usually completed in just a few hours. The Administrator may also manage the initial process of integrating LiquidTrex with the Accounting department.
Q. Is my data completely secure?
A. Yes. Our state-of-the-art security technology ensures that your data is completely safe. Your data is not shared with any third party organization.
Q. What is the integration included in Enterprise Edition?
A. Enterprise Edition can be tightly integrated with your corporate ERP or Accounting system. Based on your specific requirements we can develop several data export utilities to match your needs. Among other features, Enterprise Edition provides a platform to: 1) Extract and further analyze specific data sets through desktop tools 2) Create a customized login page which blends seamlessly with your corporate website 3) Outsourced travel planning and accounting services.
Q. Can I purchase LiquidTREX on a month-to-month basis?
A. No. LiquidTREX is available only as an annual subscription, with an option for quarterly billing.
Q. What happens if I outgrow my selected edition?
A. If you find that you need more capacity and/or capabilities than are available in your selected edition, you may upgrade to the next edition at any time. Just contact us and we can upgrade you in one business day.
Q. What happens to my data if I decide not to purchase after the 120 days free trial?
A. If at any time during your 120-day, risk-free trial, you decide that you are not ready to purchase LiquidTREX, you may export your payment data into Excel using our export utility. We will purge the data out of our system 30 days after your trial expires.
