Includes Travelers, Travel Assistants, Managers, CFO, and System Admin. ACCOUNTING GROUPS – LiquidTrex allows you to setup groups or clusters of accountants. Each group will process the travel expense reports for one or more departments. These groups may therefore represent a physical location, or division. If all trip expense reports are processed by a central staff you need only one accounting group. DEPARTMENTS – This represents the maximum departments you may create. Each Traveler belongs to a department which has a defined department manager who approves trip expense reports. TRIP REPORTS PER YEAR – Your overall use of the LiqudTrex system is measured by the number of trip expense reports processed through the system by all travelers in your company. This represents the maximum trip reports included with the selected edition.
